The cleaning solution that is recommended for it is only available in small bottles and hard to find. I also found that the recommended solution did little to remove cat urine from the carpet.If you don't have a cat or dog, you need to realize that when they have an accident on the carpet, the smell soaks in and stays. We may not be able to smell it, but they sure can and will zero in on that next time they have to potty. When used with warm water, this product cleans very well. No problems removing general and moderate soil from a highly trafficked cream berber carpet.
