FS (Food Service) Oven Cleaner is a heavy- duty gel oven and grill cleaner. It is ready-to-use, successfully adheres to vertical and horizontal surfaces, and effectively removes oil, fat, protein, starch, and sugar from food service equipment. Effective for removing burnt on grease. Certified Kosher, FS Oven Clean is not only free-rinsing and biodegradable, but is also authorized by the USDA for use in Categories A8 and C3. FS Oven Cleaner is not for use on aluminum or galvanized surfaces.
